“5/5 excellent customer service from start to finish!”

I ordered a mini HDMI cable at 16:00 on Monday, paid only £3.74 (the most competative price on the web) and no additional delivery charges. Box notified me by email and SMS that my order had been processed and dispatched by 17:00 the same day and had delivered it by 09:00 the following morning!
If only all online retailers could acheive half this level of service.
Thank you Box, i'll be back...
