The item was delivered broken. I immediately tried to contact them but no one answers the customer service phone. I emailed twice including pictures but no response. poor service and will not use again.

Ordered some notepads several weeks ago. They didn't appear about a week after they were 'dispatched '. after I complained they said they must have got lost in the post and would send out replacements immediately. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Avoid.

Recentley purchased product from this company ,and had nothing but hassle to return faulty item.From the time of contact, they tried to put me off returning it, and had to pressure them for a return label. Then after 11 days of no e-mail to say they had recieved it , I then sent e-mail only to be told they hadn,t got it back, and then questioned if I had a reciept of post . When I said I had they only then asked, if I wanted a refund or like for like.This Company should be AVOIDED ,

Customer Service- What's that. Wrong item sent, numerous emails but would not pay return postage. Amazon refunded my money and I sent the items back 'return to sender'. Don't know if they got the return but who cares. Amazon should delist them.

I had the misfortune to purchase a security light from Babz Media. When the light arrived it was not as ordered. I sent the item back as requested, having no contact from the company i emailed Babz asking where my order was only to be told they didn't have any of the item order as 'in stock' on eba unbelievable. Steer well clear.

I purchased some dvd+rs with this company and I returned them due to the fact that they were very cheap shoody and tacky discs, when they should have been SONY or MAXELL, I used their ebay site twice. I thought it was a mistake so I ordered another I returned them and they "did not get back to me" thus I have lost money and I feel very foolish to have dealt with them, I am ashamed to contact them again and have decided just to let you know to warn you off if you have to deal with this company

Bought 48 Duracell Alkaline Batteries from this company. They lasted between 2 and three weeks on light use before going flat. Emailed them and was ignored. Probably Chinese fakes.

I ordered a product from this company. The item sent was different to the image advertised on their website (a common complaint when you read the feedback reports from other customers). Contacted the company who insisted they had sent the item advertised. Initially they weren't interested in my complaint repeatedly stating they had sent the advertised item. After several e-mails they did invite me to return the item for a refund but at my expense. Why should I pay to return an item misrepresented on their website? With 627 negative feedback ratings IN 1 MONTH alone (see ebay website) I'll leave you to decide whether this is a company with a good customer service record. I certainly will NOT DEAL with this company again.

My rice cooker broke having only used it twice, customer services were extremely unhelful and would not take any responsibility for it. Bad product and bad service.

If you see a product which is selling is selling extremely cheap from babz media, I would DEFINITLY stay away from it. I recently would a over ear headphone and in ear headphone, all with the cheapest quality you could find!

Ordered glowing candles that only worked for 2 weeks. Sent them back, they claimed they hadn't received them. Have emailed them without reply. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Terrible product Terrible service Terrible Company

I highly recommend that NO ONE buys anything from this company! I bought a totally useless product, contacted them and asked for a returns label, they answered that they do not supply returns labels... I had to pay £15.00 postage for a refund of £35.00 I am contacting Amazon to see what they can do about these people, why are they still selling on places like Amazon and Ebay?

I purchased something off them through ebay which turned out to be faulty( it also looked like a cheap fake to me) , no problem they said return it back to us so we can get it tested and we will refund or replace, so i posted it back to them, a week later i got in touch with them to see if they had received it, they just fobbed me off saying we havent received this item back to us. had to claim money back through ebay, never got refunded for posting it back.

These people are known for their awful service and do not care. I highly recommend that nobody purchases anything from them. These electronics are made very cheap and most...MOST of the time do not work. You can see the reviews on eBay and every other review website, nothing good is said about them. They are liars and try to cheat everyone and anyone.

Bought something from them which was faulty and they agreed to refund it once they had inspected it and to send it back via courier with a note inside of the purchase details etc. I paid for "signed for" just to be sure and it was delivered a few days later. After a week I chased to see if my refund had been processed, theyve said they never received it, I pointed out it had been recorded by the courier as being delivered and they are still refusing to admit they have received it back and want further proof! Been trying for three weeks now to get some money from them, each time I get an email asking me for the tracking number (which I have given them four times!) then insisting nothings been delivered and therefore wont refund me the money. People, never use this company, the goods are substandard and the service is diabolical.
