I was a complete beginner with Sage and had to learn quickly and extensively. I had two six hour personal training sessions and one two hour online training. My trainer - Jayne was brilliant, very patient and helpful teaching me exactly what I needed to know as well as setting up the sage system for my company's requirements. “Great Help and Advice”

I booked a sage course through Advantage and as I had booked more than one course I received a discount. I requested further information via email and received this within a matter of minutes. I then phoned back the next day and clarified a few details and booked straight away. The people I dealt with via email and who I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again if booking any further courses and recommend them to my friends and colleagues. (read more)

“Was expecting a sage expert.”

Wasnt very impressed with the "training" we received. The trainer certainly was no Sage expert. We spent most of the time on the phone to Sage directly trying to get the answers. The information we were given wasnt always correct. A lot of the imports were carried out incorrectly and the tax aspects were majorly affected. Luckily we noticed these and rectified them ourselves. We basically could have done the job ourself without the trainers help. The Sage helpine is far more effective... (read more)

Thank you for your comments. We are really sorry to hear the training was not what you expected, and would like to assure you that the trainer is a Sage training expert with lots of experience.
Your frustrations that the trainer was on the phone to Sage Support are understandable, but due to technical issues with the data import this was the only way to ensure your data was imported correctly as errors and duplications were occurring. It wasn’t a day-to-day problem as Sage Support were also having issues rectifying the errors and had resorted to accessing the software behind the scenes.
Apologies that you felt the trainer left an hour early. We have followed up this comment and realise that the times for Friday’s training session were only agreed the day before and resulted in an agreement that the trainer would owe you an hours training at your convenience. We recognise that you should have been given more notice of the trainer’s availability, which might have prevented this situation occurring.
Thank you again for your comments; we really appreciate them as it helps us improve our services for other customers and prevents this happening again in the future.

The seminar was very informative. It gave a step by step guide, not only in how to get ready for the RTI but what do do once it was up and running too. I particularly liked the screenshots of the payroll which showed you where you needed to go to find the information you were after. “Been With Them A While Now”

I have been with Advantage since 2007, when I discovered there were Sage agents out there. I have found Matt and the team to be invaluable over the years. As we have grown the business they have steered us in the right direction with our software. Their training is good too. They are subject-matter experts and it shows. I have always felt that they were on OUR side, trying to save US money, never trying to sell to fill quota's, but rather to support our business. (read more)

It's nice to speak to a company that are experts in their field, that takes the time to listen and base their solutions on what's best for the customer and not what gives the greatest margin. “Sage HR and RTL wages”

Felt that [name removed] took on board what I had said before our meeting and came ready to help me understand the programme in a informative way, also explaining about the new wages RTL was very helpfull and will stop me going into auto panic in April.
