Sent me wrong size wrong gender pants with a big stupid snail and cloud logo on the thigh about 6 inch diameter and then told me that I could return the merchandise at my expense when it took them a month and a half to deliver the pants to start with and then they are the wrong size and the wrong gender shame on them no pride they don’t ever buy anything from them if you want a decent shopping experience

Ordered a couple of items, never received them. Tried to get through to costumer support to get my refund to no avail.

It was the first time I ordered on this site, and I am very happy. The delivery time is quite reasonable. The clothes are really good qualities and conform to the images that can be seen on the site. I recommend this site!

I brought a bag from them, had it a couple of months and the inside seam come apart from the top of the bag. Contacted them to get a replacement, repair or refund and all options I tried they wouldn’t deliver on. Back and forth emails trying to resolve the issue and nothing actually came of it. They said I would have to pay for postage to return the item, buy something new off their website and they would give me a discount or just go get it repaired. For a change of mind on the purchase I would happily of done any of the above but the item was faulty. Surly that would be upto the company to cover costs?

I had a similar experience. Goods were delayed an inordinate length of time despite paying for express delivery and when received they were not as advertised. I recovered all the money from my credit card company, since I’d paid by credit card.
Assuming you did too, just ring up your card provider to make a claim re faulty goods/fraudulent trading company and they’ll claw back the money from their credit card receipts. Whilst based in China I believe, they have a UK credit card processing facility.
I note the picture of the bag I received is now reflective of what I did receive versus a higher spec branded bag originally advertised.

For those reading the review, Zlay did finally deliver the item I've order from them. The Item (a bag) was wrapped with a complimentary gift - a belt.
I would want to change my initial review to a more positive one. The initial lack of communication and transparency is still something that will take from my score, but the item was delivered at the end and I was able to communicate with a Customer Support (I assume) on Zlay's end.

Purchased an item on 3 July 2017, current date and time group of this review 3 August 2017 this is my first purchase from Zlay is this normal? Still awaiting!!!!

I have a disappointing experience with Zlay. When I received my weekend vintage bag it arrived with a new looking brash gold zip which did not suit the style of the product, and had been damaged in transit. Zlay offered to refund on receipt of the bag but couldn't provide return shipping as I hadn't been able to pay through PayPal (due to a problem with Zlay website). Return shipping would cost me a minimum of £70 (without tracking). Zlay were originally good at communication and customer service and answered questions for me promptly , but once I queried the returns wording as it states they will "provide" return shipping they stopped responding to my emails. I am now down £189 and stuck with a product not fit for purpose. I would definitely not use Zlay.

I ordered a leather bag from this site and I really love it when I receive it. One deficiency is that the bag I recommended to my friend is out of stock for that moment. Then they contacted me and offered a perfect solution which I think is very satisfying and pleasing. Considering the bag would be available in two weeks, they offer a leather belt as a free gift and improved the shipping express from Standard to Faster express. So sweet and pleasant.
