Do not use this company. I had a problem with a project and I've just exchanged the most infuriating emails with their customer service - they call them hero's but really they couldn't be more from it. I find it totally patronising that a company would call their customer service hero's when they don't even know the meaning of the term.
While I was working on a birthday invite they closed down their site for an update without any warning. Everything I had been working on was lost. I was logged into their customer area. I dropped them a note explaining the situation and asking if there was any chance of a recovery as it had taken me quite awhile to get things right. Instead of owning up to a problem with their site or just even saying sorry they spent the whole time telling me that I made the mistake.
Sometimes companies need to learn a bit of humility and really understand that the customer has value rather than belittle or give stock responses.
