The Absolute Worst

I ordered Christmas gifts for my children at the end of November 2015 and the package was delivered to my house when I was not home. The package was stolen from my front door so I called the shipping company, Fed Ex, to let them know. (I also filed a police report as this had been happening around town) Fed Ex told me I needed to call Zara to have them file a claim on my behalf. I called Zara and told them that my package was stolen and that I needed them to file a claim with Fed Ex. The woman at Zara said she would do it and that someone will call back within 24-48 hours. No one called me, but I instead received an email 1 week later stating my claim was denied. I called Zara for clarification and they told me that the package was delivered to the address I provided and there was nothing else they could do. I then called Fed Ex to inquire and spoke to a supervisor who informed that ZARA DID NOT EVEN FILE A CLAIM with them! Instead they filed a delivery dispute which they said is not the same thing and should not have been done because I told them the package was delivered, but stolen. Now it has been almost 2 months since I have ordered these gifts for my children and Zara still will not file a claim with Fed Ex. Every time I call Zara, they tell me someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours, but that never happens. I always have to call them back and they give me the run around every time. I have asked to speak to a supervisor many times and they always tell me that they are on the phone and someone will get back to me. They are the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was a very frequent shopper of Zara and have ordered many things online, but I will never order from them again. Zara does not even deserve 1 star!
