I've ordered clothes every month from Zara and there's never been a problem. However, I ordered a lot of clothes in the sale and every few days after the order I kept getting emails saying that certain items weren't available. This went on for two weeks until it finally said my order was on the way, and was late due to delays during the sale period. Although this was an inconvenience, it was acceptable due to the amount of orders they were probably getting. But when my I order finally arrived, one of the pair of jeans was missing. So I emailed Zara, and they never got back to me. So after a week or so I called, the guy on the phone asked for all my details and what was wrong etc. he asked for the weight on the package and said they would investigate. I just called back, after hearing nothing for a week and they told me the weight was right, and so the jeans can't have been missing! I felt that the woman on the phone was accusing me of lying. I tried to explain that they were just a £20 pair if jeans, but that's £20 they have got and I have nothing in return! Their customer service is awful, no other company I have ever dealt with have treated me like that. I'm just glad it wasn't anything more expensive that didn't arrive! I will never order from there again, as I'm worried it will happen again and I will receive the same treatment!
