I ordered 4 items on 4 Jan 2015 in the sale and paid for it. I understand there might be a delay but was surprised to receive an email from Zara stating my order would be further delayed by 48hrs dated 12 Jan due to a "traffic incident". The following day i received notification that my order had gone through but would now only be 2 x items as they other two had sold out! So what's with the "traffic incident"? I called customer care and to be fair she tried her best but couldn't cancel my items, I couldn't buy something that was "out of stock" but then saw online over the phone. Nightmare! This fiasco plus the aggressive non-refund policy they've adopted in the last year has turned what was once a shopping haven into a shopping hell! I've the debacle of trying to return the goods tomorrow in store and attempting to get my gift card re-credited...
