I placed an order for my daughter, she is is 6. Zara had a great sale on kids clothes. I placed the order on the 1st and I received the items on the 4th. The items was to big for my daughter, I contact the customer service number and asked to do an exchange, which they do not do. I had to get a refund and reorder the items. I shipped the items back on the 5th. I did not received a refund request in my email until 22nd. I contact the customer service in between the dates asking about the refund, they stated there's no manager in us, someone will call me within 24 to 48 hours, and they can't contact the warehouse. No one called, no one try to help me, they made it seem as if it was my fault. It was horrible, I will never order from zara again.
