Zara sell gift cards and tell you that you can get a new gift card if lost or stolen as long as you keep the receipt. But when you actually loose or have your card stolen and ask them to replace the gift card beacuse you still have the receipt they refuse to.

Don't trust what they tell you without reading the fine print.
