the worst online store ive ever seen!! I ordered a shirt a month ago, and never received it! I called zara.com to ask what is going on, after a month, they replied me with a final decision"we shipped ur item, you didnt receive it,theres nothing we can do. we are not going to refund you your money, nor send you another one" WTF!!! my money went for nothing... dont shop here!!
