Twice I placed and order within 5 days for a Zara e-gift voucher and on both occasions I received order confirmation. The first time the order was cancelled with no explanation, the second time I received an email saying "We are sorry to inform you that due to a data transmission error your order has not been processed." Beyond useless. Does Zara read their reviews? I don't think they care.
