Zara online was the worst expereince. I placed an order on 12/19/2013. I got an email stating my order was processed. On 12/23/2013 I called the number listed on my email and was told there was an issue process my purchase via the credit card. I asked why didn't Zara send me an email or call using the number I was required to put on the order. The man on the phone tells me because they had a great deal of order. REALLY ??? Then i say it was a gift so never mind and just cancel the order, the man then again say "OK". No sign of remorse no empathy and could care less that I was cancelling the order. I have been an loyal Zara shopper for well over 20 years and it appears they don't care about their customers. This was very disappointing because it was a Christmas gift for a very good friend.
