“Disgusted. Damaged goods, & very poor packaging.”

I made a group order online for zara home and had to wait ages for the items to be sent, when my package finally arrived. I was appalled to find my items were poorly packaged, & considering that some were easily breakable. Most items were not wrapped carefully and properly. Furthermore, One of my purchases had been a porcelain rabbit money box. For my newborns new nursery as a christmas present. However when i opened up the box containing my purchase, i found that an ear on the rabbit money box had been broken off. Not only was the item damaged. But the box had been opened and the item clearly unwrapped. Honestly what person employs those unfit for the job at hand? I'm disgusted!. For the high prices of their items and the conditions of which they give to people, its a clear farce on their side. As i'm in the process of settling into a new home, i've made a large series of orders from many a big companies. And i have to say the best service and packaging i've received is from laura ashley, & cox & cox. All items were clearly labelled, and packaged to a great level of care. A word of warning to those considering on placing an order with Zara. DON'T. If you're looking for Quality you can find it elsewhere.
