I ordered two coats from Zara online, neither of them fitted unfortunately, and returning the items turned out to be a nightmare - in order to send the parcels back I needed to email them and wait for the courier to email me back with a label to print out, then wait in the whole day for collection. For two items I had to wait in two separate days. I decided it would be less time consuming to post the parcels back but Zara have to email you a label to print out, so unless you have a printer you have no returns label. Why not enclose one in parcels like everyone else does? Hopeless returns system.the only other way to return is In store, but if I could get to a Zara store I wouldn't have ordered online, duh!
