Extremely disappointing customer service from Zara. I would have never expected that such a big company would have such poor standards. Bought an order online and the system used the billing address as the shipment address. I called 5 times to get this sorted and despite them confirming thta the change had been applied, the courier kept on trying delivering to the home address. At the third attempt the items were returned and I never got my order. I will never buy again from Zara online and I will strongly encourage people not to.
