Zara use Hermes as their delivery agent. (a company I have had trouble with in the past including being at home all day and a card being put through the door saying no one was at home.. we have a very loud door bell!!!) There is no way you can contact Hermes if there is a problem with the delivery or you want to make a change to the delivery arrangements. You have to go back to Zara. I have tried phoning Zara 3 times and their telephone number just asks you to call later yet they advertise on the web that the number is from 07:30 and it is now 08:45.

I will not be shopping online with Zara gain, primarily because hey use Hermes (nicked named by my neighbour Herpes)
