I bought some items online but didn't get a confirmation order so i emailed them. They replied saying there was a glitch in the system that I should do it again. I did it again using a different card because the funds had disappeared off the first card. This time I got a confirmation email but no delivery schedule so I emailed them again. AND AGAIN another glitch in the system.
Then I tried to log into my account with them and it seems I've been kicked out. My account and my orders are non-existent. I emailed them about this and they still haven't addressed that part of my complaint.
Extremely terrible service.
If I had known would have just gone to the store to pick up the items myself instead of wasting my time in a back and forth email competition between myself and zara.com
