dearest ZARA, i sincerely hate your customer service and your online system. you are the worst. you cancelled BOTH of my summer sale orders i recently placed on separate days without even notifying me. now most of my items are out of stock. AND i never even received my last order from your winter sale. you wasted my time. if i never called your poor customer service line today, i would have been sitting around excitedly waiting for two huge boxes of some things that never would have graced my doorstep. because of your effed up system (or lack there of) and poor customer care, i will never shop with you again. what a shame. you have lost a TRUE shopaholic and a VERY valued, long time customer. but of course, you don't care. why would you? I am just one customer to you. Well, time to rack up more Nordstrom points, ie spend my time where customer care IS a focus. i may have saved some money now, but i have wasted time at ZARA Care that i will never get back, and i don't plan on making that mistake a third time. #publicdeclaration #fbasmywitness #goodbyezara #whatashame
