“Bad customer service”

On Saturday , March 2nd , around 3 pm we came to your store in Skopje , City Mall with a need of assistance. I and my husband are an American citizens we travel a lot and love your products. We have purchased recently a jacket from Zara store in Greece , but the lady there at the check out failed to remove the plastic security tag. We bought many items and did not check the jacket till we left the country. We came to your store at previously mentioned date to ask the manager to remove it , because we had a credit card receive , an original tag displaying price in Euros and did not think twice it would be a problem. But the manager on duty did not wanted to help us saying they do not associate with any Zara stores abroad and she recommended we try to find help at different malls or stores. Which we did, we went right across Zara store and asked someone from a different store to help us , which they did without hesitation. I do not understand why your staff creates such issues in Macedonia as we had similar situations , while in other countries and never came across anything like at your Macedonian Zara store. It is a luxury brand and it fails to provide customer service which is expected of it. Macedonia truly fails in greeting its more wealthy foreign counterparts and if this keeps on continuing I will make sure all of my friends that shop in Macedonian Zara stores will start to avoid it.
