Zara is actually my favorite store to shop at however this is my first time buying online.. ordered a jacket on the 6th of jan 2013 its now 24th jan 2013 .. i eventually i asked for a refund instead a few days ago knowing it only takes 2 working days to return and sill haven't received a refund .. customer service is in shambles seriously lacking with their customer services .. all they keep saying is we will contact you in a few days but they wont call .. and the lady that's on the other end of the line is just helpless .. tell me whats the friggin point of putting someone to deal with customers that doesn't have any knowledge of anything !!
