“Worst customer service and returns policy ever”

Being trying to return an item for 20 days now.... Great difficulty getting through to customer service in the end had to go through general switchboard. 3 times promised to send. Returns label ... Still waiting. Whilst the products offer good value and up to date fashion .. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul. Perhaps they could start by getting more people to man their switchboard!!!!! Avoid buying online
