“Absolutely worst customer service”

Ordered a dress from Zara way over a week ago now and I have yet to even receive an email stating that it has been dispatched. Frustrating as the money was taken from my account and transferred to Zara the same day I purchased the order! To add to my irritation, the item I ordered was in the sale, and has further reduced and now sold out online, meaning I could not exchange the item now if I wanted to, which I would have been capable of doing if it had been dispatched in the estimated time frame!
Emailed them days ago to no response, absolutely useless!
