I have had the worst experience ever. I order two pairs of shoes a week ago and I still have not received the items! On the DPD website it states that it has been delivered when it wasn't! I emailed them 5 times now and I STILL haven't got a response! I can't call them as I work till 7pm and the customer service team is closed by then! Ridiculous!! I want my money back as I paid for shoes that is not even in my possession!!
