Avoid!!!

I ordered a sheer blouse and a cami to go under it about a fortnight ago. The parcel arrived after 4 days, the end of the parcel taped in clear tape and when I opened it the cami was there but no blouse.

I immediately emailed Zara enquiring about the missing item, all I got was we'll get back to you. No apology.

Two weeks and several emails and photos of the parcel later I still have no blouse and I have been refused a refund or replacement as " they have checked with their warehouse and the order was shipped correctly". Where is my blouse then??

Surely they can't do this its bordering on theft! They wouldn't send us goods without prior payment!

I'm at a loss with what to do, I'm £39.99 down, no blouse and I'm now stuck with a cami that is of no use to me. They've taken that long in dealing with my missing blouse that I now cant return the cami!

I'm thoroughly disgusted, feel robbed and I will never ever shop online or I store with Zara again.
