I recently ordered some dresses from yours clothing which i couldnt look at them in my local shop as they were only available online. None of them fitted properly and one in particular was not very well cut. To avoid paying the return charges i returned them to my local shop where i decided to try on some jeans i picked up 3 styles in 2 sizes and then had to try other sizes before getting a pair to fit properly i know different styles fit differently but to have one style fit in a size 20 and to need another style in a 24 is ridiculous !! how can you possibly order something online if there is such a difference in sizes. After returning the dresses i wrote a review for the one that was cut badly, when i looked on the site it was no where to be seen so i contacted them asking where my review is, this is the answer i received -"I apologise for the disappointment that you have expressed in regards to the review process. The reviews aim to provide an honest and balanced overall perspective of the product that is on sale. Please be advised that the reviews are all subject to a vetting process to ensure that a balanced perspective is maintained which upholds the integrity of the both the company and the products themselves. If expressing a fault or dissatisfaction with the product then the review is likely to be rejected as it is an anomaly amongst the product line, and this is only challenged if several comments of a similar status are received" so it seems that customer reviews are a complete waste of time as they only show the good ones. I certainly wont order anything again online with them and doubt very much whether i will bother looking in their shop again.
