I am in the UK to study. I ordered clothes and waited. The order was cancelled but I didn't know this. I looked on line a few weeks later and found out it had been cancelled. No call. No mail. I never realized they still took the money from my credit card (I don't use my card very often). When I contacted them to return the money I was told there was a "security issue" because the delivery address is a company and not a person. I answered their questions but I did not pass their security to get the money returned to me. WHAT? I am still fighting with them to return £77 to my card.

They are a disgrace very dishonest that is why they have a turn over of 45 million.
