I ordered originally, when they sent the wrong size top, (their fault), trying to get a replacement was all at my cost (cost of return postage, place new order and pay for - all before refund would be given). Stupidly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. This time their useless Hermes delivery company left in someone elses porch (no signature obtained). Since they now a) can't find the top, b) can't get Hermes to respond to them, c) don't have another (in ANY SIZE) to send, I'm trying to get a refund. Trying via email and also with online chat (which is hopeless - got Victoria both times and she's very slow to respond, and when gets stuck, just ignores you). EVERYTHING about this company stinks: So-called customer service, stock levels, delivery, quality, sizing. STEER CLEAR and spend your money elsewhere.
