Needed a navy cardi and have bought from Woolovers for years so ordered one. It was just right for colour , fabric and style but , in spite of my ordering my usual size, a bit small. I requested an exchange but this took around a fortnight which was a nuisance as I wanted it for holiday. I have never had to exchange before, I am happy to say.
Orders come very promptly so if , rarely, an exchange is needed it would be great if these could be prompt too.
