A five star review for a returned package?!

I returned this package and yet I'm so impressed with the quality of the product and service.
There were three sweaters in the order. I ordered the wrong size for two of them and when I emailed for advice on returns the Woolovers team replied quickly with a clear outline of their very fair returns policy.
The third item was more disappointing because I fell in love with the bright clear colour on the website pictures- the colour of the wool is much duller and less vivid. But once again, thanks to the returns policy I was able to swap it for another colour which will hopefully be closer to the pictues.
The only thing that could improve Wooloversfor me is if they offered a shade card with actual pieces of yarn, so that I could see what colour the garments will actually be. Online or printed colours are never quite right andin the case of really bright colours they can be very deceptive. The orange yarn looked lovely and bright in the pictures but was much softer and quieter in reality. I would be happy to pay a few pounds for a shade card and avoid the problem.
And that's the only criticism I can think of. The products are gorgeous and the service is great.
