The order process for my sweater was simple and delivery was well within the predicted time frame. Unfortunately the garment had a small flaw which necessitated a replacememt. I advised Woolovers of the position and found their interaction positive and speedy; the whole process took little more than a couple of days. The sweater has been replaced without debate and I found the whole process easy and that retaining my confidence as a customer was a key element in the customer service experience. I will use Woolovers again.
