Your service is excellent as is the quality and value of your goods. However, your sizing does need better co-ordination. To match your measurements I chose large and medium for different sweaters; the large turned out to be smaller than the medium!!!
Your labels are virtually illegible. Small pale print on colour background is just not good enough for anybody with anything but perfect eyesight. If it's worth printing, then it should be legible, otherwise, why bother?

PS. You are a British based company, why does this comment section want to use the American spelling of colour = color?
