I bought a Guernsey sweater as a present for my husband. I liked the sizing procedure and this enabled me to buy the correct size. The sweater is lovely and he likes it. I can't yet comment on how it wears or washes as he has only warn it a couple of times so far. Communication regarding delivery was a little confusing. As I had heard nothing a week after I placed my order, apart from the immediate confirmation of purchase, I sent an email enquiring when I would be likely to receive it. This was answered by a standard email saying my order had been dispatched, followed three days later by a personal email saying they were sorry I had not received my order and detailing the procedure to follow if it had not arrived in ten days. I had by then already received it and had never said that I had not. So, confused communication, apart from which, a good product.
