Ordered three products , one arrived. Really good quality and excellent value. Waited for other two items to appear then phoned when they didn't , told I would need to wait until 10 days had passed before they activated their missing item procedure . Waited than recontacted only to be told they would email a form which I would have to download, complete, scan & then return to them, I refused.

Contacted them today, told the items were in the local post office and that they had emailed this info to me, they hadn't, nor was u carded by the courier. Told the nice lady I wanted my cash refunded, told me she needed my phone no, on & on.

Great product , poor service, like dealing with civil service, don't buy from them.
