The Woolovers website is set out in a manner that is easy to use from start to finish. The information on it is full and, in my experience, accurate. From choosing what you want to paying for it is a simple process. Once through that, delivery progress is reported and the goods arrive on time and well packaged. Luckily I was very happy with my purchase and so have not had to use the returns procedure but this seemed straightforward and, if it worked as well as the rest of the service, I feel confident that it would have been simple and effective. I am still wearing my first Woolover jumper (though no longer in public) which I bought a good ten years ago. I am equally happy with the second, which replaced the first for public use and I am confident that the most recent addition to my collection of a V-neck sweater will be just as useful.
