I've ordered aran jumpers for my father in the past and they are his favourites. I recently ordered 2 cardigans and a jumper for myself and they arrived in Germany very quickly. The sizing method you use is great, they all fit perfectly. Only 2 slight niggles - the buttons on the Guernsey cardigan are slightly too large, making fastening and unfastening a bit more difficult than they need be. Also, I had problems (on all 3 orders) when ordering online to get the items into my shopping basket. Just didn't work. Only when I contacted you and used the link in your return email did it work.
