Ordered 1st week of December for Christmas presents. Weekly checking, package didn't arrive. Contacted Woolovers twice looking for help so we wouldn't be out $100 and 2 Christmas presents. Never received any help at all. Package finally showed up in January, well after the New Year. Still waiting for a response...guess I'll be waiting till next Christmas. Great product, terrible terrible service.
