We had hoped to have the sweater in time for Christmas and it was ordered from your website rather than Amazon in hopes that that would be faster. I believe we ordered it in November, but it didn't arrive until about 10 days after Christmas.
I contacted your Customer Service about it, but got no response.
The recipient was very happy with the sweater though, so maybe it was worth it.
