I have purchased six items so far and will probably purchase a couple more. Sizing was generally fine (except my wife's artists' smocks were not quite long enough). Arrival time and condition were as predicted. They wash in the machine, and for that I thank you!

Pilling is a bit of an issue (yes, I have read all you have to say about that, but it is an issue). So are colour matches. I don't know why this would have to be: with 16.7M digital colours to choose from you can surely get the digital colour matches closer. For example, the online version of flannel looked a bluer-grey whereas the actual garment was a duller, flat grey.

Your New Zealand addressing is a total sham. Like you, I can buy a phone number anywhere in the world and present myself as a local but I feel cheated to find I am not dealing with a New Zealand company at all. It conditions my attitude to your company and my further purchases.

If you would like to have a real New Zealand presence I could facilitate that, on Auckland's comparatively wealthy North Shore. I am not looking for rewards, it is just an offer.

Below Customer Service I tried the first one and wished to deselect it: it is not an option. So you have a Terrible rating, when an N/A would be more appropriate. This goes to your web page scripting which has a long way to go.
