I live in New Zealand & came across your website whilst surfing the net. Your website is good,easy to navigate & explains everything clearly. Shopping & purchasing was easy & delivery was within the time frames mentioned. The only suggestion I would make is to have some advice on your web site about what is best to buy when you are in between sizes (e.g. should you buy the next size up or down) I had to email (twice, perhaps because my question wasn't clear the first time, so I didn't quite get the clarity / understasnding of the first answer), having said that, you answered promptly & I am very happy with the results. All in all an excellent service
