This website is an absolute joke - my daughter ordered a prom dress only to find a receipt from china where I would have cost a fraction of the price we paid !! The dress was nothing like the pictures the quality was so cheap and they will rip you off!! They will not give a refund - do not use his tacky site!!!!!! (read more)

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom on 8th of March. With delivery it came to £79 and when my credit card bill came i noticed they had taken £83.30. I had a bad feeling something wasnt right We waited the 37 days they advised it would take and yep you guessed it...no dress! i emailedband was told it was being made and would be here shortly. This is an untrustworthy site. The dresses do not fit the description on the website. I bought 2 dresses totalling £200 I measured my daughters size beforehand and they are completely the wrong size, I have sent photos and an explanation as instructed on their return policy. Have sent 3 e mails and now have tried to ring the number which never answers.I have clearly lost my money. It is not a UK website, like you are led to believe. You only realise this when you place the order and the delivery takes so long. You will recieve the dress, but be aware that they are copies and can look nothing like the picture. They are made in China and you will recieve no paperwork in the parcel. I bought this dress after reading the reviews. I received the dress today and it doesn't look like the one in the website. The quality of the material is cheap and some of the beading is hanging off. They sent the dress to me in a plastic bag with nothing else, not even a receipt of purchase. I ordered the dress according to the measurements on the website and they are not the same as what they sent me. My event is in a week so do not have time to buy another. I'm so pleased with my dress, it's exactly according to the picture and as I had imagined it to be. I ordered the "Princess Floor-length V-neck White Dress" in size 6 and the color "sky blue", both size and color is perfect. This supplier is untrue. It states on the website it was Australian based but then on live chat she mentioned they were based in UK and then when I queried that she shut me off. I should have know when their English was not good. The dress came out of china and is not to the picture and is not the quality of the picture either. It is disappointing. (read more)

i have bought two dresses off this site total £145.00 they are totally differnt material and very very SMALL...THEY have been emailing me for 3 weeks with silly questions and broken ENGLISH, they say that they will give a total refund if you are not SATISFIED, then they asked for pictures and now they say give it to a friend or i could try to sell it on to SOMEONE !!! so i have lost the money and ended up with two dresses that will never FIT, there is no way that i will get my money back as... I bought a dress from this website in February 2013. The dress online looked stunning and it cost £94. I also paid a further £25 for specific measurements as i am petite and then delivery cost me another £15. When i received the dress i was so excited but when i opened the package, it wasn't half as nice as it looked online. contact trading standards!, you have rights as a customer, I have already ordered my dress and as I am a police officer it better be fit for purpose as in the picture, if enough of you complain they will have the site shut down...

I ordered a dress for prom on this website, it costed £133 and the picture of the dress looked beautiful. After having waited a whole month the dress arrived, it was a total fake copy of the original picture. The dress lacked quality to different levels. I had realised I had walked my self into this one as the company was based in china and then shipped to the UK. I was pleasantly surprised when my dress arrived today, I didn't read the reviews of this site until after I had ordered my dress so I was dreading to see what would arrive in the post. Firstly what I will say is that it was a different colour to the one on their site I thought it was a cappachino colour but it was a chocolate brown, which as it turns out is probably even better. Bought a dress from this company in January thinking it was based in the UK. When I realized orders took over a month to arrive I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund me the full amount but no money ever reached my bank and I never received the dress either. So the moral of this story is PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. this has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with. my wife bought 2 dresses from this company. gave them her size and when she got the dresses they not even close to the size she ordered. she took them to get altered and it cost her $485 because the dress was so badly made the dress maker had to make the dress again. we told this to the company and they said to us not problem get the dress altered and we will refund the cost. now they say only refund $310 when at first they said what... this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. bought 2 dress from them first dress was not the design I ordered or even the colour. plus the dress was so big I could have put 2 people in it at once. I gave them my measurements from a dress maker. the second dress was not much better. i was told to get it altered and they would refund the cost. To alter it cost me $485 and now the say we will give you $150 back. The worst company ever

Hi, i'm after ordering a dress, only checked the reviews afterwards (silly me), but it says there was an error processing my payment and that the order is 'pending'? does this mean my bank has blocked it too? Or do you know is there a way I can cancel the order before anything goes through?
