Please don't order a dress from this company. They are sending out poor quality dresses that are bad copies of the pictures on their website, The pictures on the site are copied from other genuine dressmakers illegally.

So ordered a dress from this website, great customer service up to when the dress arrived. Daughter all happy to receive her parcel opens the box to a dull looking coloured dress not anything like the display picture, know there are allowances but this is ridiculous, loose threads on all 3 layers of clothing too. Contacted the said customer contact to return the dress for a refund, and no one wants to know you, I did receive an email asking for photos and brief explanation, which I sent got an email back more or less saying your problem. If you are on a budget don't waste your time ordering from this site, go to a shop and see and feel something that you are going to be happy with.

Hi there World This is my first attempted and any sort of writing. This is my view on a company that I bought goods from. I'm here to tell the world of how bad this company was to deal with from goods supplied to goods received to money refunded. The goods purchased where 2 formal dresses from the site urdress.com. I ordered 2 different colour and style dresses from this company. After a few phone calls and lots of emails the dresses where sent out. They ordered late December 2012 and arrived late January 2013 when it was suppose to take only 7-10 days. When they arrived I opened the parcel and to my shock and surprise I had 2 same style dress and the colours not even close to the ones ordered. So I email them my complaint and surprise about the wrong dresses sent to me. I was told that if I didn't like them to return them at my cost. I had no issue in returning them but I had no return address and no one from the company authorised the return. This went on for a few days with emails back and forth. Finally I was told to get the dress altered at my expense and they urdress.com would refund the amount the money it would cost me,This is where all the trouble started with refunds. I was not going to wait for urdress.com to come to the party to refund my money so I put in a dispute with PayPal. There is a limit after payment with PayPal to log a dispute to get a issue resolved. It was very lucky that the dispute was place as urdress.com was not willing to answer emails about refunds. After the normal waiting time with PayPal I got the amount refunded that I paid for the dresses because urdress.com did not even fight the dispute.It has been now a few months and I'm still waiting for urdress.com to refund my money for the alternations. I was told at the beginning that I would get my money back. This I have all in writing via emails. They now keep telling me that they refund the money and to check my account. They Don't even know what account they refund the money to as they cant tell me. So I'm out of pocket a lot and have a invoice for the alternations for the dress. I'm still waiting for them to tell me how to return the other dress which was wrong colour style and size. I'm writing this blog about urdress.com so everybody can see what sort of company they are. I don't want anyone else to get ripped of like I did.
