Just spoken to customer service re a tiny fault on the print on a mug I've just received. They couldn't of been nicer about it. The girl I spoke to had an excellent friendly customer care approach. Apologised immediately, offering to replace the item asap. Emailed free post address in a minute of saying she would. Such a refreshing change these days when so many companies shirk their responsibilities to the customer once they have your money!
