Delivery was promised pre Christmas, as ordered on Dec 18th. Partially arrived on 21st- 2 out of the 7 items ordered left by front gate in view of the road...even though we were at home. Hermes courier web site says it has been delivered in full to secure location. Money taken from account. Try to conatct them directly- not possible. Try to call Topshop. Cant get through . Send e mail. 48 hours later - standard response not addressing the issue at all. Get through this time- give details ....no response. After Christmas call again...parcel lost. We will refund they say. No compensation offered...shocking service from both TS and courier company.
