Time and time again i have to complain about Top Shop's delivery. The staff in the call centre are very nice but the avareage hold time is 10 mins and yes you are paying for the call!
This time the delivey company couldn't find my house! I did ask and yes the drivers have sat nav, they have maps. My house is where have had deliveries for the last 10 years.
Then on day 2 i was told the delivery was scheduled for delivery, just now if found out it wasn't even out for delivery. I have now waited in for 2 days and all to no avail. I dont know what is worse the terrible service or the pathetic lies that are told.
The one star is fot he politeness of the staff in the call centre.
If any of the mangement from Topshop read these reviews why dont you ensure that your customers get the standard of service they deserve and not the continuing comedy that is your home delivery service.
