My order is an international one and that means it takes up to 9 days to arrive, When nine days passed and still had not received my order I decided to email Topshop, so as to help me track my order and inform me about its date of arrival. However, they never wrote back to me. Today, almost 15 days after my purchase I have send them a second email hoping to get a response. Their emails find their way to my inbox in order to advertise their products, but giving a response to an unsatisfied customer seems pretty hard to achieve.
