Buying at topshop.com has been the worst experience ever.
I ordered from Topshop.com twice (total worth GBP 300), and never received the ordered items.
As I never received an answer from the "customer service", I told my credit card company to charge the amount back to my account, as I did not want to spend 300 quid for nothing.
This resulted in future orders being cancelled, obviously they have some kind of blacklist.
