Having ordered goods online (and no doubt this would also apply if orderd over the 'phone):
(a) on two occasions they company failed to send me the invoice;
(b) on the last occasion, having had to ask three times, an invoice was sent in an unstamped envelope which cost me £1.36 to collect from the post office; and
(c) for whatever reason the company decided they should send an email confirmation to an email address I hadn't used for 18 months and which I had removed from my customer information.
When I asked them to reimburse me that £1.36, I was told they couldn't send me a cheque. I could either have a voucher (yeah, like I'd shop there again) or call customer services and they would arrange to credit my credit card (how stupid is that). All in all, the company appears to have become a bit of mess.
