I ordered a t-shirt for my wife we'll over a month ago, we still have not received the shirt. They certainly took my money though, out of my account same day as the order. I've sent two e-mails still no response from their customer service. I am from the USA, and don't want to spend the money on an international phone call to get customer service. I will report this to my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM TSHIRT SUBWAY.

I'm sorry. It's really frustrating when that happens. In circumstances where an order fails to arrive it is our policy at T Shirt Subway to send a replacement order or refund in full if our customer prefers. If you contact us we will be more than happy to investigate the matter and remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
