Ordered a watch in August 2012 for a holiday. Missed start of holiday. Waited until New Year for delivery. Asked for refund in January. Still waiting in March. Next step will be to ask VISA for a charge-back to my payment. But this is a major faff over a fairly small purchase. Also of note, their admin dept is very polite and prompt in delivering its excuses - invariably their suppliers' fault. This is clearly part of their 'flatter and forget' business model. Go elsewhere, dear internet shopper. This outfit are a shambles.
